On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Receipt MUST accompany all refunds. No Exceptions.
TEXTBOOK RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. All book returns
require receipt, proof of drop, non-enrollment or cancellation to receive
full refund. Restocking fees apply to all others. Refund can be
received within seven (7) business days of purchase date or from the first
day of class with Receipt.
- Cash WILL NOT be refunded on purchases made on Visa, Mastercard, or a Debit Card. Account credit ONLY.
- All supplements and CD's that were sold with the book must accompany the return. Open pass codes will be deducted from the Refund amount.
- Texts purchased as New that are marked in will be refunded at 50% of the New book price.
- Life Long Learning textbooks are NOT refundable unless the course has been canceled.
- Short course or Micro Term course texts are refundable for the first five (5) days of class only.
- Texts with publishing defects can be exchanged at the time it is discovered.
- Bookstore Staff decisions as to condition of text and supplements are final
- Textbook buyback will occur the last week of classes for
the Fall and Spring Semesters. See your Student
Handbook or our website for exact days and times.
